Sad to read of his passing. I watched his first competitive game for the Rebels and very many subsequently. I may even have seen him play for Chesham and Wycombe. He was a consummate footballer and penalty taker who more than deserved all the plaudits he received during his playing and managerial career.

Sad news  Started watching Rebels in 60/61 and saw him at his very best for many years  I'm 77 today and still rate him one of the very best Sad how we are beginning to lose the legends

Condolences to the family

So sad to hear of the passing of not only a Slough Town Legend but a football legend.

When my dad took me to see my first Slough game back in 1965 one of my heroes over the coming years was Terry Reardon. Then in the mid eighties i was invited to join the Calor Gas Golf Society, upon arriving at my first event at Laleham I looked down the list to see what fourball i was in. I found my name and in the same group was the name Terry Reardon, I thought this can't be my hero but to my utter delight it was, to chat to him on that day about our great club made it a truely memorable day for me. Over the coming years every time we played golf it made the day just special.

a true gentleman who will always be a legend, thank you for giving me such memories watching the rebels. You will never be forgotten.

My thoughts are with Julie and the family.
