Season Tickets Renewal

Haven't renewed my season ticket yet WR so no idea if there are any problems.

If this was a widespread problem I would have thought the club would be aware and done something about it so maybe just a one off.

TBH i'm not good with computers but I found it pretty easy.

A question for the technically savvy people out there please. 

A friend has ordered and paid for season ticket, however meant to tick the box to have a physical season ticket instead of a QR code on a phone, however he neglected to tick the box. He only has a pay as you go phone, therefore is unable to download the App. He has e-mailed FanBase a couple of times, however he has not received a reply yet. 

Does anyone know a contact phone number or a way to get in contact with them to allow this to be sorted out.

Another mate does not have either a phone or a computer, he has given up trying to purchase a season ticket.

Just my two pennies worth, it was a lot easier last season to  renew the season ticket.

RV, fanbase can be contacted directly via their app which can be down loaded on a pay as you go phone as long as it's smart 😏
