More understandable with the news we haven’t been able to retain Dan & now Temi.

All depends on our recruitment to show players like Johnny Goddard that as a club we are ambitious to push on next season.

I’m not hopeful Goddard will stay as we just don’t have the budget to sign the players he’s hoping to see. From his point of view being 31 this will be his last chance of a big contract and possibly a return to full time football so you can’t begrudge him that. Just massively disappointing that after a positive season we’re losing our best players. Really hoping the players we do sign can be as good as those that have left.

That's just it we don't really know what sort of budget we'll have to sign the good players that will push us on.

As they say the proof of the pudding....

Yes pulled off in the 58th minute but played very well according to the match report Very much part of the build up to the first goal and several times tested the Nepalese goalkeeper Can be well pleased with his performance.

He’s not even making the Boreham wood bench at the moment.

if he’s not wanted/appreciated there he should consider a loan back.

Problem is if he did come to us on loan, would it be fair to drop any of the current crop? Also JG would also only come back if he’s guaranteed a starting run.

Also, an extremely expensive loan for a player that isn't even making a team below us's bench. We have moved on past Goddard now, let BW keep paying him and let him keep collecting the money for his young family.

Too old and past his prime.

Plus if we’re interpreting correctly one of the reasons Lench was released, why would we then go and sign a similar aged player! Just can’t see it and I feel we’re doing fine as we are. If anything I’d like another defensive player signed for cover.
