Six wins out of six for the current champion, one Mr Lucas Glanville. I'd like to think I'm not the only left who remembers that full back pairing.

The popular and respected Brian Lucas moved over to the dark side in the course of the managerial "swap" of summer 1959. Gez Glanville moved on to Wokingham Town, with Malcolm Scott, after the disastrous season 1960/61 but both subsequently returned to play significant parts in Bob Gibbs' championship team of 1964/65. Malcolm of course carried on for a few more seasons.
