Of course tbe Taunton game v WSM is postponed

Also the Truro x Taunton game on Saturday (at Taunton) is now  (with the approval of both teams and the FA) a 19.45 kick off

This now means that the Taunton pitch has 20 games scheduled in the next 50 days  !

No I Dont but there was a social media suggestion that they would try to play 2 games. Obvious nonsense  or more drying out time but Truro need to travel so all a bit strange

Latest suggestion Ive picked up is that when a postponed game is finally played the circumstances must be the same ie last postponement was a 1945 ko so next game should also be. Surely not!

Would not be surprised if this is an option along with groundsharing elsewhere (which would be an embarrassment and even more so for Truro) if any more get postponed. Would love to know what Truro offered Taunton as it must have been a silly amount to know this scenario could materialise.

The first thing I do when I'm assigned to a game is contact the home club secretary.

 

There is also a few howevers on this match, which are not public yet, so I can't discuss.
