Yellow card rules this season

What are the National League yellow card rules this season?
 

It looks like the Premier League is :-

one match suspension for 5 yellows in first 19 league matches

two match suspension for 10 yellows in first 32 league matches

 

Is it the same in the National League?

5 has finished. I believe it’s 10 for 37 now

Is our club web-site not entirely accurate on yellow cards?
 

Temi Eweka is showing as 9 league match yellows & 3 FA Cup yellows (would one of the two yellows he got against Chelmsford be added?)

But Scott is saying in his latest interview they both now have 10 yellows & are suspended for next weeks match.

The FA used to have details of all pending suspensions by club on their web-site but I’m not able to find it, if anyone can find it could they post the link on here please.

Because Scott is manager for some reason our web site doesn't give his details as a player.

If you add up the yellow cards for Temi including the red card it's 10.

Scott is down on the national league south site as having a 2 match ban.

OK, so Scott has 10 yellows as both a player & as a manager (I think there was a match when he wasn’t on the team sheet but received a yellow card when in the dug out as Manager only but that isn’t possible to record on the club web-site).

He received a yellow card whilst a non-playing substitute at St Albans, so won’t show as an appearance but will count as a player yellow card.
