It's been announced that Darren Edgar is our new talent scout.

He's previously been with the A23 set up since 2021.

Presumably this role is voluntary with expenses only being paid.  

Good luck to Darren in his new role at the club.

Can only be a good move this, hopefully Darren can unearth some gems for us and I wish him all the best. I would expect him to be paid and there’s no problem with that especially if he earns the club future transfer fees (if f I were him I’d put a future fee commission clause in my contract!!!).

I know who Darren is from all the junior/youth stuff I've been involved with and around over the years.

Excellent addition to the club in my opinion and well regarded.
