Agree although I worry how much yesterday would have taken out of the players? I guess we’ll see a few changes tomorrow night but yes we have to win this one essentially as it’ll take us out of the relegation places.

Could we have requested to play Wednesday because this game comes against a side 3 points above us who are fresh having not played for over a week.

Why would Truro agree to that? - this is the best way for them to pick up points.

Why would it be a problem playing on Tuesday. Most young fit players can easily manage  two games a week, with one rest day in between

Already been said that some players are knackered so there will be changes.

To state the obvious… because they’re part time and not professional players and all of then will be working a full day on Monday and Tuesday.

Whether you are full or part time and working on Monday/Tuesday makes no difference  Fitness levels are built up over a period of months

and maintained by a regular regime of training/exercise. You dont suddenly become unfit after one tough match.

I just think you’re being a little harsh on our players after their heroic display yesterday. Anyway I think they’ll be changes to the starting line up tomorrow evening, so we shall see if the management have the same thinking.

Agree you don't lose your match fitness but you can have tired achy legs plus little niggles that might need a rest.

It's at times like these that you need to use and rely on the squad players to come in and do a job.

We will have to be on our A game  against Truro  Their last 5 away league games have resulted in 2 wins and 3 draws  most recently at Worthing and Aveley we mustn't go into the game regarding them as strugglers imo

Those who didn't listen in on Rebels Radio (and see the comments) for the Eastbourne match won't have seen this, but there was for a while a belief (among some on the chat section) that one or two players may have been swinging the lead and taking it easy for the Grimsby match. I'd hate to think that this was true. This was all conveniently forgotten by the end of the match however!

Yesterday we named a subs bench nearly a big as the starting line-up. I don't see why, with proper rotation, we can't name strong sides for these two vitally important league games.

RR the players were shattered after the first game against Ebsfleet did not affect the replay on a Tuesday night.

Also in his interview Tony said there will be changes because some of the players are cream crackered.

Scott is definitely out due to suspension, Leon was taken off injured so that's two out without any other players possibly picking up some niggly injuries.

With zero Truro fans and Champions League on TV I reckon anything above 600 will be good going.

Are you sure Scott is out? I heard his booking at st albans was a manager's booking and not a player's booking unless he brought himself on, which he didn't!

Scott is suspended for Truro, he was listed as a player for the St Albans match. Game days cannot be switched to a different day , we also can’t postpone a game after a cup game, Worthing had their Monday game vs Chelmsford postponed to allow preparation for the cup but not after.

Leon said he should be fine for Tuesday as he was taken off as a precaution
