We are close to selling out our allocation. On another day, 500 would be snapped up within an hour. However, as we have 5 away games in 6 weeks, we are having to pick and choose.

By Friday our allocation will be gone.

Up The Mariners

P.S. we are currently managerless and we are struggling to even score, this could be a shock result on the cards.

HR, I've looked at their ticket web site and I can see nothing that say's they have only 10 tickets left to sell.

Hi RR.

I can assure you that it did.

I watched the number of tickets remaining quickly go down from 10 to 5, then to 3 and then it said something like "sorry, no more available."

When I checked again a couple of hours later, tickets appeared to be back and available to buy, as they still appear to be now as I post this.

Very odd.

Don't ask me what's going on, as I haven't a clue.

Your players were obviously not playing for the manager so I reckon someone new in charge could be a blessing in disguise GTF

A few people have asked me if I know anything about the parking situation at StJ for the game, I said I had no idea but would see if anyone knows on here.

Obviously I don't know for sure but would the Police not insist on Grimsby coming in that way and using the far turnstile under the scoreboard?

I use St. Joes usually so if not its a result hopefully for us.

will come by train so will have to leave Bassett at 8.30am🥵 .

Sainsbury.s only let you park for 3 hours.

Is it a 15 minute walk to the ground from the train station? I think it’s about £6 to park at Slough Station on a Sunday (can be pre-booked or paid for on the APCOA app).

And did you mean Tesco let you park free for 3 hours? Go careful if anybody does this, I think you need a Tesco receipt of over £5 as proof of a purchase, and the store closes at 4pm on a Sunday. Either a £40 or £60 fine otherwise.

The Queensmere parking looks to be £2 all day on a Sunday (10.30am to 5.30pm) if you want cheaper, but about a mile, 20 minute stroll from the ground.

I would have thought the club would do a better review of this than me over the next couple of days & presumably charge a minimum of £6 (and probably closer to £10) for the convenience of parking at the ground.

And wouldn’t we expect the vast majority of Grimsby fans to either travel by coach or train….. I’m sure those driving to matches don’t get priority parking when they go to away league matches.

Re Parking; Slough fans, arrive early to park & ease congestion on the Stoke Road.  Many of the match day arrangements are decided by the police with consultation with the stewards. They look at control and safety primarily which unfortunately may not include convenience, or the clubs/supporters preference.

Although the club have now issued a sold out message on social media I've noticed that for various reasons some tickets are becoming available on Facebook and X (Twitter).

Originally the club requested that people put their names on a waiting list for unwanted tickets.

Perhaps someone from the club can advise if this waiting list still exists or not.

They are all scammers don’t fall for it. Actually try it and see how long before money/bank details come into the conversation.
