The midweek fixtures, it is nice to see more midweek games taking place in Division Two this season due to more Club's having floodlighting:

A groundhopper from another Forum was at The Brache:

Crawley Green (0) 4 Harpenden Town (2) 3 -Sth Mids Prem - admissionj £8, att 47 h/c - online prog - tea £1.50
Quite a match this as I finally got to the Brache and a surprise result to boot. The home team hardly had a kick for 20 mins, then got a foothold, and somehow ended 2 goals up at the break. Crawley Green then made it 3-0 early in the 2nd half and were set fair for a welcome 3rd win of the season. Corner after corner for Harpenden then followed and with 20 mins left the finally got a goal, then another, then another to make it 3-3 and Harpenden had all the momentum.
Crawley Green then gifted get a last minute penalty thanks to a rash challenge and against the odds secure the points.
I'm glad I went by train (Airport Parkway) as there is very little parking available.
