We've also signed Obi Onyeagwara an ex-Southend striker to beech up our forward options

Has been a thorn in our side and a regular goal scorer at this level. Could be a great signing.

I do hope so. I have often wondered why we have not signed him in the past.  But I think we all know the answer to that.

No doubt Gavin's approach as to how he wants the team to play has encouraged him to join.

My recollection is that George came to us during preseason 4 or so years ago. It didn't work out and he dropped back down to the Step below. Very much hoping he enjoys it more this time and does a job for us.
