September league games

So we have played 4 league games in September.

2 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss

Thats 7 points from 4 games, or 1.75 points per game - far more like the form we all have been looking for.

So we are just out of the relegation zone, but still in the FA cup, picking up a few injuries, but starting to move in the right direction.

So am I the only one who thinks we have had a decent performance in the league in September - you lot are so negative!

From my point of view Sir Rebel, I spent quite a fair bit of time yesterday writing out  a medium length post, but when I pressed the box to upload it onto the forum it flamin' well disappeared, never to be seen again !

I'm a bit cheesed off at the moment.😖

After a disastrous start to the month we did pick up very nicely but it was certainly needed after a really poor August.

If we can do the same in October we should push on into a decent position and be looking up instead of down.

The August squad was short of quality in key areas.

The addition of Temi Eweka and George Alexander, and the latter introduction of Dom Hutchinson, and getting Matt Lench,Dan Bayliss and Tyrese Dyce back from absence and injury has turned the tide. Hopefully,the addition of Rohan Luthra will also prove to be the right call [especially after yesterday's performance in the fa cup] in replacing the Arsenal loanee.
