First half was terrible, second half not much better, until George and Joe came on, and we started to create some stuff. A never say die attitude is a great thing for a team to have, and was enough to get us over the line. Plus some superb saves from Dion.

We really weren't at the races today, struggled to create anything of note and was on the back foot for the majority. Subs changed the game thankfully! Our unbeaten run continues however we will need to really up our game if we are to get anything against Aveley.

I think Napoleon once said ‘I don’t want  good generals, I want lucky generals’ The phrase I kept hearing was smash and grab. We started off brightly but after a few minutes, Haringey were in the ascendency. The introduction of George Saunders in particular made a difference but I certainly didn’t expect to get a win out of that. Amazing. Acrobatic winner from Ade. Still can’t believe it

That was the worst I’ve seen us play in a long time. We can never seem to get going at Haringey. We were fortunate to get anything from the game let alone all 3 points. A win is a win at the end of the day, and results like this could be the difference come the end of the season. It hasn’t filled me with much confidence for next weeks FA Cup fixture, let’s hope we improve before then!
