Stotfold Development are flying high in the Bedfordshire County League Premier Division so should give Langford a competitive game:

Tomorrow we have a tough draw as we travel to Langford in the Beds Senior Trophy. Looking forward to a game under the lights and hopefully the lads can get themselves up for a match against opposition a level above us.

A good win for Tottenhoe at Dunstable Road this afternoon who progress to the Quarter Finals of the competition, the three postponed ties will be played next Saturday (9 December), weather permitting, meaning that the scheduled SSML Division One and Two fixtures for Langford, Leighton Town Development and The 61 FC (Luton) that day will be re-arranged:

You have to wonder whether Club's couldn't try to do a little more to get games played in the inclement weather, between mid November and late February, such as hiring a local 3g facility for example. It's frustratingly the same every season, or is it more to do with pernickety local inspecting Officials, or the actual match Official him or her self, who turn up at the ground in the morning or early afternoon and 'delight' in calling games off at the drop of a hat:
