I'm disappointed to see him go but accept you have your reasons. I hope it's a valid reason and not something paltry that's been blown out of proportion.

As you say fans can't see what goes on behind the scenes so are not always able to judge players character/behaviour. I see things different in regards 'maverick' players, unless of course, they are obnoxious and not good for the camp.
