Tonight's games

As someone else said you've got to question the players if they suddenly start to play like world beaters when it could well be too late to save themselves.

I think their decline started when their Chairman chucked the towel in.

Somewhere dark and dingy 😂

And damp!

If Worthing win their game in hand tonight they will go above Braintree.

Same principle and probably worse because Braintree will need a minimum 3 points against us and then hope that Worthing lose.

Braintree  took points from 21 of their 23 home games  best record in league  but not so hot away  We need to go into Saturdays game with 3 more points on our minds imo!

And Dulwich would be three points behind us with one game left and a goal difference of at best -28 against our -20.

A point would be enough for us, but even if we lost 2-0 then Dulwich would have to win 6-0 at home to Chippenham.

Or we lose 0-4 to (desperate to win to gain play off home advantage) Braintree and Dulwich beat (nothing to play for) Chippenham 4-0!

True….. but there are no results this week that would lead to us needing to win Saturday to guarantee our safety (which was what you originally said).

If Concord beat Dulwich tonight (and Havant on Thursday), they'll be on 19th on 49 points going into the final round of fixtures. Assuming Cheshunt lose tonight, Dulwich would be on 21st 47 pts, Dover 20th on 48 with us 18th on 50. We could mathematically still be caught (albeit needing a drastic GD swing in the case of Dulwich) by all 3 should we lose on Saturday, leaving us 21st. Therefore a win would be required to guarantee safety and not leave us relying on other results.

So mathematically not safe......

If Dover win, Dulwich win, Braintree win , Concorde win twice and overcome GD of 18 against us........

😁

You're right BFR.

If Concord beat Havant 8 nil and then beat Eastbourne 10 nil and we lose we are down 😏
