Will Francis be on the bench for Saturday? Or has a had a set back? The last I heard he was going to be back the week of the concord game.

He was due back for the Hungerford game but felt his hamstring in training.

He was due to take a fitness test before the Eastbourne game but obviously failed it.

No idea after that.

Maybe its just me....but before the Concord/Hungerford game many were saying we needed 4 points at least (me included) due to the following 3 games being hard to get anything from against top sides......

We got 6 points which is fantastic but have duly been beaten by two of three of those tough sides.....

I believe we have more than enough to stay up and I also think we will do so by 6/7 points.

Definitely you Mark44 😂

Difficult to know how many points will be required to avoid relegation because there are no whipping boys and sides below us are picking up points.

I still reckon another 7 points which will give us 50 points should, with a bit of luck, make us safe.

It now looks like 7 cup finals to come. Getting Temi Eweka back is a massive boost to our team going into these games but not having him for the final two matches games is a major blow.

I can't see Slough getting much out of Ebbsfleet. I'm not sure whether the cameras will be a help or a hinderance to our players. At best I hope for a draw.

Hemel despite their recent turnaround I believe Slough are capable of winning there. Not a formality but a good chance.

Chippenham looks a real tight one to call but Slough have the advantage of being at home and to my mind need to win this one.  4-6 points needed from the next 3 games.

Then comes Taunton and Farnborough. Taunton away - tricky one on paper.Be hard pushed to get anything there. Farnborough at home,a derby match of sorts. Despite Tuesday's nights loss, Slough with a fit full squad can turn over Farnborough imo but it will be mighty close.

That leaves Weymouth and Braintree. Best case scenarios Weymouth are already relegated and Braintree have secured their play off place and don't need the points !

Good summary 3spirit.

Can't expect anything from Ebbsfleet despite us no doubt putting up a good show in front of the cameras and because of the chance to upset the odds.

Hemel can go one of two ways. They are getting some decent results but they are also safe so could be in safe mode or they could play with freedom so a tricky one to predict.

Chippenham, traditionally we tend to struggle against one of our bogey sides who just love to put one over us. They are the form side of the division and only a few points from safety so the outcome is any ones guess.

Taunton are still battling to get away from the drop zone so another difficult game and not an easy one to predict.

Farnborough, I'd give my right arm, ok maybe left one 😏 to put one over them. They've got some highly paid good players/prima donnas whichever way you want to look at it but surely we can't play as badly again and hopefully with a full squad to choose from we can give them a real go and spring a surprise.

Weymouth and Braintree, well as you say these two games could well depend on league positions.

Hopefully it won't come to it but the worst case scenario would be going into those last two games needing the points.
