I know he started the first couple of games for them and wasn’t mentioned in their match reports of doing anything of note, but to be honest I’ve not looked since. If Gosport still want him it’ll make sense he stays with then as I don’t see him starting in our team and it’s no benefit to him sitting on the bench.

We have extended George’s loan until the end of the season with a 24 recall if needed. It’ll be announced tomorrow. I don’t want to take away the opportunity for George to play regularly which he is doing at the moment. The 24 hour recall allows us to bring George back if and when the time is right.

George is a great, great lad and someone who is a pleasure to work with but right now, playing matches for him is the most important thing for him and his career.

Back with his old gaffer from Bournemouth days, just happy to be playing!  Not the media presence Slough have on match days for commentary but he’s been fairing well.  MM would have chopped him if not as he did other recent 28 day loanees.

No doubt Scott is in comms with MM on his development and how he is playing.
