Leave the club to do what it needs to do, everyone loves the club but debating all this online is not gonna help situations! We need to support the boys to the very end on and off pitch! Times are tough and the league is never easy with the big teams involved! But we have to back the boys and support what we have got!

It’s an open forum mate not meant to be policed by club volunteers 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s for debating any subject and this one is as important as it gets , are you going to deny we’ve been badly run ? Do you think we can carry on in the same way ? Should we bury our heads in the sand while we go tits up again ? Some of us don’t want to go there again mate

Some of us don't bury are heads in the sand as we have been burnt before back in the 1990's and 2000's.

You need to hold people accountable or suddenly there will not be a club left and a property developer will have houses built on the pitch!

And some of you kept wondering why I wanted more detailed communications from the club!

Thats 3 failed bids now!

So where is the problem?

Not hard to work out.

Chris Sliski and David Percy must be turning in their graves watching this farce!

Just like to know Sir Rebel how you know there's been 3 failed bids?

We have no debts so why would the club go 'tits up'?

Just because a businessman spouts off on Twitter after being turned down by the club doesn't mean the club is badly run by people who don't know what they're doing.

Until anyone knows the true facts they are just meaningless allegations by someone with a reason to hold a grudge.

Businessman and property developer wanting to own the club so he can build houses on the pitch? never!

I talk to people.

It is not hard to find out things if you ask the right questions to the right people, and then validate it through some research of your own.

It is called triangulation - check the details in three places and if it links up then it is valid, a method used by organisations such as OFSTED etc.

However you should always protect your sources.

A business can have no debts and go to the wall if the leadership isn’t doing enough to bring in revenue

This is not solely about what Carl Hutchings has tweeted, the majority of fans have known what has been going on behind scenes since Steve left

The majority of fans know there have been failed bids etc

Ok, so you know Craig? What makes him qualified to be Vice Chairman and Commercial Director of a Football Club?

Lets put that spin on

Someone with good reason to hold a grudge btw , do I think they were the right consortium to take over the club ? No , not all given the facts that came to light after they’d been told they were the preferred bid but in my experience you do your due diligence before doing that or you can often end up with egg all over your face , would you agree ? And I’ll ask you the question again that I asked before , are you a buddy from the same cricket club ? Or just blindly defending that ?

I have no issue with debate and opinions on the board, whether they’re qualified or not, what is in the best interests of the club, etc. But to say someone is full of self importance when they’re not that way at all, I’m going to call that out for what it is. Debate the topic, trade opinions and knowledge, but leave out the snide remarks.

That last line wasn’t aimed at you, Wycombe Rebel, for avoidance of doubt.

Morning all

Obviously like us all I want what's best for the club and I'm currently as concerned as the rest of you about the playing side/budget/general finances/direction the club is going etc etc.

You all might know this anyway and I'm certainly no expert but I asked a question recently whilst at training in regards to Slough Borough Council who we know are selling off all and sundry wondering what the lay of the land is with Arbour Park given they own it so to speak and could it be pulled from under us?

The ground belongs to SBC, the land doesn't, it belongs to the Department of Education so I guess hopefully that means a property developer or such cannot buy the ground and build on it but I stand to be corrected by far more knowledgeable people than myself.
