You are probably right Glen but in instances like this high business acumen is required and we don’t know how these bids are being evaluated, that’s the problem

It’s tricky because as fans we just want to see our club at the highest possible level (I know not all fans may agree with that though). What I’d love to hear is after much discussion, due diligence and concrete evidence of funds, we either have new investor or a new board with only the best intentions but with (sustainable) funds to make as a promotion candidate at this level and with plans to consolidate us at the next level (and maybe build us at least one proper new covered terrace behind the goal!).

I did say if a new investor/board was in place, not the current members.

I know Bracknell and Leatherhead are well funded but why is anyone investing in little old Beaconsfield with no potential? Just money down the drain on that one. Maybe you can ask the money man there to invest in us!

I was taking umbrage with your initial character assessment which I found laughable. A minute ago you we’re saying he thinks he’s Mr Slough and full of self importance and now you’re saying nice and well meaning. Which is it?

Well when your agreeing to deal with one consortiums bid over another’s at least do your due diligence first before you p*ss off the other bidders but then find some really nasty skeletons in the closet 🤷🏼‍♂️ Just saying like ? Seems to make sense to a lay man with no legal training like myself but what would I know ? 😉🤣

Maybe he might have done 😉 but when you choose the “ minted man in a sports car” consortium over the good people you tend to shoot yourself in both feet , so I’d say it’s very unlikely now 😩😰

Nope, not even close , just a fan that knows a lot of people in the game that always know things about other people in the game and I’ve got a long memory 🤣 trouble is I know too much about the bad people to avoid but not enough about the good ones that I’d trust enough to put forward to run our grand old club 💛💙

Leave the club to do what it needs to do, everyone loves the club but debating all this online is not gonna help situations! We need to support the boys to the very end on and off pitch! Times are tough and the league is never easy with the big teams involved! But we have to back the boys and support what we have got!

Hi Cameron, no one is saying they will not support the boys but the issues off the pitch are getting far too big to ignore now, the bigger picture needs to be in full focus
