Certainly doesn't look like they have folded, simply that their home 3G pitch is unplayable and they haven't found any viable options to play elsewhere so have decided to withdraw from the league.

Whether they can 'fix' their pitch for next season or secure some form of groundshare time will tell but presumably they'll be relegated and drop down at least 1 division.
