Good to have a new face, whatever.

No Gabe George in the squad for the Hanwell fa trophy match, though.

Good evening everyone! Hope you’re all well, Scott Davies here. Going to try and keep the communication lines open like Bakes and Unders did brilliantly.

Connor has trained with us a couple of times and with space on the bench tomorrow with injuries and people cup tied we felt as though it was a good opportunity to bring him onto the bench for numbers and cover in defensive areas. Right now it’s not seen as a long term thing but he was keen to take part this weekend and help us out if needed.

Appreciate keeping us informed Scott. Are you able to say if we can expect any further player activity (ins and outs)?

Will certainly know more next week! We have our eye on a few younger players who excite me that are doing well at step 3 and 4. Having said that, I believe there’s a fair bit of interest in these players from other clubs at our level so we will see how it all unfolds. Fingers crossed!

Sounds positive and hopefully we get lucky with 1 or 2 of them. Wishing you and the team all the best tomorrow!

Thanks for keeping that line of communication between supporters and management that Neil/Jon established open Really is both essential imo and really appreciated.

As others have said, thanks Scott. This line of communication with Neil and Jon was always appreciated adn I think contributed to their success over the years with the fans. Keep up the good work :)

Thought Connor looked very solid when he came on and I hope he stays around for a while to get a proper look at him.

I thought so,too. It was a plus having a young lad who is tall and looked sturdy for his age. He slotted in well when he came on.

Thanks for joining the forum. As you say communication is key to the link with the supporters and club.

I hope your shoulders are as broad as Bakes and Unders were!!! Forum members try and give Scotty an easy life for the first few weeks at least.
