When your in almost the first item is Meeting of the overview and scrutiny commitee item 38 That will give access to a very long and detailed agreement

IMm sure theres an easier way but sadly its only my phone thats smart!

In a nutshell, apart from security we run the whole show at AP at an estimated annual cost of 68k and the council charge us 15k.

RR  Absolutely not  Theres a host of things we undertook to do for the community all in the agreement in order to get the low rent nothing to do with the running of the stadium !

As well as running the stadium on matchdays/functions etc.

The reduced rent is for everything the club agreed to do.

Yes everything including and especially the long list of community benefits we ubdertook  to provide Your original effort claimed that we ran Arbour Park which should have cost£68000   see next post

Sorry  and got it for 15000  but most of that offset was for community benefits we were to provide and thats clear in SBC paperwork

Unfortunately another leak but from a good source.

With the number of leaks during these negotiations how can those on the board dealing with this be taken seriously?

There is no credibility in their confidentiality and professionalism and the new owners would do well to have a clear out as soon as they take over, otherwise who could trust them with any financial or privileged activities going forward.

This whole exercise is now the laughing stock of the league as everyone knows who the interested party are.

No wonder Carl kicked off after being messed around so badly.
