He’s not injured but has been struggling to get to the levels that he and we need for this level. He played some game for Windsor but then needed to prioritise working in the evenings for a few weeks and I think he’ll make a decision shortly on what comes next.

Agree RR, having seen him a few times earlier in the year for Windsor, he looked OK at Step 5 (only ok) which is to be expected with the injury he had, but I think he'll 100% struggle to get to our level again, perhaps a "casual" career for a Windsor or Burnham (where he started) could do him for a couple of years.

It’s unlikely we’ll see Ryan play for us again unless it’s an absolute emergency this season. Such a shame for Ryan to end his career like this after the highs he’s had. Considering he was one of our highest earners I wonder if we’ve been paying him in full since he got injured until now?

I'm pretty certain we would have stopped paying him after the crowd funding.
