A groundhopper from another Forum was present:

Spartan South Midlands division 1. Moulton 1-1 On Chenecks ADM £3 programme £2 ATT h/c 122
Decided to tick off one of the newbies in this League leaving just the other Eaton Socon to complete top 2 ivisions. This new development is in a cage & a 3/4G set up. However the cage is covered over sufficient to prevent viewing from outside. A large car park after entrance & then Clubhouse which is also decent. Steps exist up to pitch side. A seated covered stand on near side with dugouts on far side. The rest is just hard standing with fully railed pitch. A tidy set up with excellent playing sûrface & floodlights.
The game was end to end & a good watch. It was 9v6 & I expected a close encounter. Visitors struck 1st from a penalty well converted on 24 by 9 Dan Holman. Joey Evans 11 got equaliser right on half time. I thought visitors had just edged 1st half in a tight game. 2nd half was pretty even & a bit scrappy. On 76 visitors player sin binned & 4 mins later they were down to 9 men when 7 Callum Westwood received a 2nd yellow. Hosts failed to press on & I thought OC played out the last 10 reasonably comfortably for a deserved share of the spoils. A good afternoons entertainment.
Evening refreshment followed on return journey initially at Foresters arms in Nether Heyford & thereafter at Countryman in Staverton for an excellent supper. Good day out.
