Yes  its a  toughie  Its actually 7 consecutive league wins ( the only loss was a cup game) Their last game was a 1-1 draw with St Albans which many agree they could have lost . We must hope that some of the many missed chances of the last few games start to fly in and that Neil/Jon have an effective game plan.

So from their last 7 league games it's six wins and a draw 😏

My opening post said  6 wins and a draw but I realised their one loss was a cup game  so 7 consecutive league games won  is  correct  If you start at the cup loss then its 6 wins since then.

From their last 7 league games it's 6 wins and a draw.

If you start from the cup loss it's 5 wins and a draw.

Forget about the play offs, we are now looking over over shoulder at the bottom four, carry on like this and we will be

back in the Southern League.

7 points of playoffs, but only 6 from relegation.

And most teams below us have a game in hand.

Raises some big question marks about what changes are needed.

We have been punching above our weight for a good time and maybe reality is kicking in

Expected to lose this one,  Dartford are a very good team.

But shouldn't have lost to Weymouth.

Perfect first half.

On the front foot, closing down, winning most of the second balls and playing some really good football and making Dartford look pretty ordinary, capping off a good first half performance with a very well taken goal from Josh Jackman at the far post.

Second half was a bit of a different story.

We didn't have the same intensity in our play and stopped closing players down and scrapping for the ball which allowed Dartford to get a foothold in the game.

Despite being under some pressure we were still 1-0 to the good and keeping Dartford at bay.

Unfortunately we then proceeded to commit football suicide by giving the ball away in central midfield which Dartford took full advantage of to score the equalizer.

This gave Dartford the impetus they were looking for to push forward and put us under a lot of pressure which eventually lead to the winning goal.

After our first half performance I honestly thought Dartford were there for the taking but again another inexplicably poor mistake from a player has meant all our efforts on the night came to nothing.

Did you watch Tuesday evening's match?

Despite being against a top team (now 2nd) the gate today was a poor imo 439

Champions league on tv and being mid week not a great away support from their 1,000 average home attendance.

Dartford also broadcast the game live.

We've been punching above our weight for a reason.

In situations like these it's always worth remembering the steadying words of Rear Admiral Morgan Morgan-Giles MP (aka "Gunboats") [and I think others] "Pro bono publico. No bloody panico"
