One of the games featured in the on this day section of our website is the 22/9/1962 FA Cup 0-4 defeat to Tooting and Mitcham I was there and remember it well The score flattered them  We had chances that would have been put away but for a brilliant display by the Tooting keeper  Who was he? Alex Stepney  a few years later the Man U keeper when they won their first European Cup!
