Since we joined NLS we've  played Dulwich 5 times (one game lost in covid season) and the three away game have resulted in 2 Rebel wins and a draw  We do seem to perform well at their place so why not on Saturday ? They started with a win  and followed that with 2  1-1 draws which haven't enthused their followers so I'm expecting at least a point!

Still a happy hunting ground for the Rebels and always imo a boost when clubs play before 2000+ when used to a few hundred

Two points gained in my book, as I thought a draw was likely. Glad my two favourite football teams mirrored each other yesterday, in that both had poor first halves but after the managers rollocking at half time went on to vastly improve in the second period, and went on to win the game. Certainly a timely boost to the morale of the Slough camp.

Not sure what you can say about a game where we were second best for the majority of the game but ended up getting 3 points from.

Again, we were totally out played in the first half to the point where I had to do a head count to check that it was 11 v 11.

Coming in at half time only 1-0 down was a massive bonus which meant we were always in the game with a chance to sneak an equalizer.

We were certainly better in the second half after what sounds like a half time rollicking from our managers.

The few times that we managed to get forward Dulwich did look a bit vulnerable and two excellent crosses and two far post headers from Wellsy and Ben Harris proved their undoing.

Well done to the team for hanging in there and getting an unbelievable 3 points!

It'll be interesting to see the highlights video if they show the challenge and yellow card for Ben Harris.

Someone on the Dulwich forum has put that on seeing the tackle again it was worse than first thought and a definite straight red which the ref duly bottled.

My initial thought is that it was a 50/50 challenge that Ben had to go for and the opposition player, in what seems par for the course these day's, made a meal of it to get a player sent off.

Much needed win yesterday which hopefully will be the springboard to our ascent up the table. We are certainly Dulwich’s bogey team in recent years!

Lets hope you're right Glen.

Great to get a backs to the wall 3 points but TBH we're going to have to up our game in most areas if we're going to climb the table.

Firstly we need to be more clinical with our chances and cut out silly errors, sort those 2 and we’ll win a lot more than we lose. Next up is Cheshunt which is very winnable if we play to our best.

Biggest difference for me was D&H 8 and 10 where locked out second half and Slough where much closer player for player which probably moved us up the pitch another circa 15 - 20 yards, plus more players won their personal 1-1 battles second half, hence imho Slough won the 2nd half battle and ended up winning the game based on that.

As for chances not being taken I would be more worried if not being created, that said slight re-alignment required on lasers for shooting.

Only down side the long journey home and a cracked windscreen!

Has anyone seen the match highlights for this games?

Message on DH fans forum saying highlights delayed - normal team not available and someone reacquainting themselves with video editing. Usually so good and fair that I'd cut them some slack.
