Although I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere else, the FA Full Time site has it that Boreham Wood have withdrawn from the competition, (without having played a game), thus giving London Lions a pass into the next round.

yes, that has been confirmed and London Lions host Hertford Town or Watford Under 21's in the Quarter FinaIs of the competition, it is embarrassing for Boreham Wood isn't it and their outspoken Chairman Danny Hunter:
