Yes, I was sitting at home admiring England Women beating a very good Sweden Women's side 4-0 this evening.

I noticed that on 25th April 2022, I wrote on this forum, "A twelfth man can be a well managed team with no positional weaknesses which can score goals from all over the park. I consider the current squad being very close to achieving that."

And this evening on 26th July 2022 Unders said in his Binfield post match interview at 2.34, "Good to share the goals around. We're not going to be a team with a 25 goals striker this season. We're going to be a team that is a team and gets goals from all areas."

I look forward to the end of season statistics!!!

I think the jury is still out on how we will manage the season without a 15+ striker.

Pre season has seen us score from all areas against sides like Binfield and Winchester but not so much against the better sides.

From whats being said does this mean that this 'loan striker' we were trying to get is no longer an option?

We are still working on one new attacking addition, a loan signing, which we hope to bring in over the next week. These things are rarely straightforward but we’ll update as soon as we are able to.
