Hiya guys, could someone tell me what the closest station to the ground is and how to get there by foot?

 

Also, with all the snow exspected do you think the game will be in danger of not going ahead? Do you have covers for the pitch?

Upminster Bridge on the district line is the nearest tube station.

if you turn right out of the station keep walking there will be a pub on your left called the bridge house. about 100 yards on from there on the right is Bridge avenue i think its sign posted as hornchurch stadium?

carry on down bridge avenue for about 300 yards and the ground is on your right. directions should also be on www.urchins.org.

with regards to the weather i do not know if we will cover the pitch.

Hi just another couple of questions about Saturday if you don't mind.

 

Firstly, pubs, wheres the best place to have a few pints before KO ?

 

Secondly, What's the away end like, coverd or uncoverd ? seating or standing ?

on the way torward the ground you have the Bridge House. or our clubhouse you will be able to get the beers in although its only bottled. good food too! we dont have an away end as such but most away fans congregate on the eastside terrace which is covered. <img src="/images/graemlins/affig.gif" alt="" />

Hey....looks like you do not know us ... our bar is as good as it gets if you like bottled beer, as for cover bring your brolly, we are just a poor team !!!!! trying to make it to your great heights. But we will play you off the park, see you satuarday , and bring your hanky........
