Just tried to buy a ticket  season ticket holder online, but failed, it says you have to be a York City season ticket holder in order to purchase!

I'm having the same issue, even set up an account and still received that message...

Anyone have an idea how to overcome this as it looks like some seats have been purchased in our 2 blocks?

It took me some 35 minutes, but I eventually succeeded in registering an account and purchasing two tickets for over 65s. (For those of you who like to listen to my vuvuzela, row M seats 29 and 30). I had to try many times before I was able to purchase the tickets at the concession rate.

Register your account then :-

Click York City v Slough Town; Click East Stand; Click Reset options; Click Select a stand; Click Pick an area; enter number of persons; click concession rate.

You might have to try several times before it works!

It’s on York City’s website that all instruments are banned. Shame.

Would you like to tell me where on their website? Musical instruments are not mentioned in ground regulation 6.1.12 :-

6.1.12 Bringing any of the following into the Ground (or using them within the Ground) : illegal drugs; other illegal substances; fireworks; firecrackers; smoke canisters; air horns; flares; laser devices; bottles; glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety;

I reckon your vuvuzela will be classed as a weapon SG.
