If only we could get a 1,000 of the 160,000+ population of Slough to come. With the many of us who come from outside the borough of Slough plus away supporters that would get the gate up to c 1,600.

I was happy with the attendance as I feared the weather might have kept the crowd to around 900. Plus the mighty Bees and Chelsea were at home today, so all in all not a bad effort, just would be lovely to get this sort of crowd on a regular basis!

There are a lot of fair weathered fans of Slough (talking of which, noticed on Twitter the other day Roman Kemp tweeted a couple of times, is he STFC or just day tripper?). He retweeted when we went 2-1 v Oxford too, just not sure of the connection..

Anyways, I think we do have potential of larger crowds, but that does come with how youre doing and dare I say, league youre in. The bigger, better clubs that you play will attract more fans.

I know a few fans of Prem teams being priced out of going preferring to watch lower league teams and same applies to our beloved STFC
