I think RR the £3 only applies to holders of a Portsmouth v Oxford United ticket.

The Oxford City FC website tickets webpage appears to read only :-

Portsmouth V Oxford United ticket holder

£3.00

If the game goes ahead!

The number of games at all levels getting called off is high.

However, will the league be as draconian with teams who call games off quoting Covid-19 and apply fines in the way they did to us, or will the rules “change” in a Boris way to suit the leagues agenda?

Just lie through your teeth like Boris does and everything will be fine.

Sounds like an excellent match and Rebels performance at Marsh Lane.

Not so for Dos at Meadowbank : 5-0 down at half time!!!

From the Havant & Waterlooville match twitter feed :-

2 pm : We've arrived.

2.15 pm : There is NOTHING like a Hawks away day.

4.51 pm : It's over. 8-0.

Very entertaining game and we were unlucky not to take a point. Good debut from the new lad but Alfonso was outstanding again, leading the line on his own superbly and often isolated up there on his own. Not the greatest footballer I've ever seen but he has an amazing tenacity and appetite and looks like scoring every game. In 2-3 years he will be an absolute beast.

I think that was their biggest crowd ever in the end but you would only think that there were Slough fans in the crowd. There is quite a bit more logistic work for them to do as a club should they get promoted to the National League where they would be faced with those sort of crowds week in, week out. Still, wasn't so long they were getting 300 odd every week so they are obviously getting a lot right on and off the pitch. COYR!

Was there really only 1 food outlet inside the ground? That’s very poor planning if true as they were actively seeking to gain their biggest crowd so it’s not like it was a big surprise! Yes their support is non existent in terms of chanting/songs/noise… there was probably around 200 Slough and I’m sure a few hundred were Oxford United considering they could watch for just £3 (those who were attending v Portsmouth).

Entertaining and except for the result enjoyable game.

First half I thought Oxford looked a very good side continually looking dangerous all over the pitch but especially raiding down our left hand side.

At 1-1 Oxford scored a stunning goal from distance catching Edegbe off his line following his clearance.

From our point of view I'll have to watch the highlights to see if we could have done better defensively.

So 2-1 at half time but on chances created I think it could easily have been 2-2 or even 2-3 to us.

Second half I thought we competed very well and at 2-1 the game was finely balanced.

Unfortunately the game swung decisively in Oxfords favor following an error from young Michael Edgebe which gave them a 3-1 lead.

Encouragingly we didn't let our heads drop, battling back to make the scoreline 3-2 with Alfonso Tenconi getting his second goal of the afternoon.

Overall a very good performance from us against an Oxford side who imo will go close to winning the league.

Yes, there was only one food/soft drinks outlet and long queues to boot.

TBF a lot of places and not just football grounds will be short on staff due to the Omicron variant.

It was a golden opportunity to make some money so surely Oxford would have opened more outlets if they could have.

The crowd is stated on the Oxford City twitter match feed after 63 minutes as 1,208.
