Having just watched the highlights one observation made is that some of our attempts to stop crosses into our box is, to put it mildly, is not the best.

Turning you back and making a half hearted attempt to stop a cross is what led to the equalizing goal.

If you're a full back or even a midfielder in a position to stop a cross, you've got to be brave i.e. not half heartedly dangle a leg out or turn your back.

Your sole aim should be to stop the ball being crossed into the danger area at all costs.

The cross that led to the goal, Sean Fraser was in a 2 v 1 situation, so very difficult for him when they are on an overload.
