Gordon Boateng RIP

Just heard the devastating news that Gordon Boateng passed away yesterday (18 October), I don't have any details of his untimely death as yet and am still very much in shock as he was a good friend. Gordon Managed Brimsdown Rovers in the SSML and assembled a great team, winning Division One by eleven points in 2006/07 and losing just one game before finishing a creditable eighth in the Premier Division the following season. RIP Gordon:

Many local Non League Club's held a minutes silence for Gordon yesterday afternoon, it is so hard to believe the great man is no longer with us:
