The Bedfordshire FA Senior Centenary Trophy gets underway tomorrow (2 October) with four ties involving SSML Club's:

AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College v Bedford Albion (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

AFC Oakley v Flitwick Town (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

Ampthill Town v Shefford Town & Campton (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

Bedford v Marston Shelton Rovers (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

Biggleswade FC Reserves v The 61 FC (Luton) (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

Crawley Green Reserves v Biggleswade United Under 23's (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

Totternhoe v Sharnbrook (Saturday 2 October, kick off 3.00pm)

All yesterday's results which were disappointing, Shefford Town & Campton now travel to Stevington in the Second Round of the competition whilst Langford entertain Marston Shelton Rovers and Stotfold host Sharnbrook:

A groundhopper from another Forum was in attendance at a basic sounding Allen Park:

QUEENS PARK CRESCENTS [0] 0 STOTFOLD FC [3] 5 Bedfordshire County FA Senior Trophy Semi-Final. Att;120 approx. Kick Off 2-00pm. Allen Park in Bedford with about 3 pitches. No hard standing with just a rope down each touchline. The    dressing rooms were behind one goal with a hangover roof. No refreshments available as this looked like a public Park. Stotfold who are top of the South Midlands League 1 were far too good for there plucky opponents. Ashley Kersley the tall centre forward scored a hatrick, 4 miles away there was a Southern League Central game at Bedford Town [ BIGGLESWADE FC 2 WALTHAM ABBEY 1 ]. We saw most of the 2nd half and 2 goals. Unlike Buncranaboy the gate was wide open when we arrived. Over 30 years since our last visit to Bedford Town.
