Lewis is on holiday, and is staying (at Jets, not on holiday :) so no he didn't, and I'm pretty sure he wasn't on the bench for Kingstonian away either despite being named as such, he said on Twitter beforehand he'd be gutted to miss it.

I do know a young lad who could have joined Ipswich made his Jets debut in central defence, and the Lions featured the son of Basher Bates in midfield (built like a brick wotsit at 17!). Lack of a team sheet means I don't their names, but was sat with their respective dad/grandad, and a very enjoyable afternoon it was too (barring the result ofc)

Alfie Bates following in his Dads foot steps Bates junior was in the first team last season as well.
