Premier Division
Milton Keynes Irish v Hadley

Is this the game of the day by far:

From what I gather these two cancelled each other out yesterday:

Premier Division
London Colney 0 Risborough Rangers 4

No problems for Risborough Rangers then with goals from Asher Yearwood, Laurence Clark and a brace from Marcus Wyllie. I wonder whether London Colney boss Jack Metcalfe is already starting to look over his shoulder:

Match report from our game against Bovingdon. Was a really good game, played with a high intensity between 2 evenly matched sides. Could have gone either way and very happy to come away with the points. Bovingdon are a good young team and will be up there challenging this season.

Division Two
Buckingham United 3 Berkhamsted Raiders 2

This sounded like a good game, Robbie Carter Adam Bone from the spot and Caleb Adegbola netted for Buckingham United against the 'illustrious' visitors who have lost two of their opening three League fixtures:

Division Two
Tring Corinthians AFC 0 Eynesbury United 4

A lengthy report on this one from Eynesbury United who have taken to the SSML like a duck to water:

Spartan South Midlands Division 2
Tring Corinthians (0)0 Eynesbury United (0)4 (Baxter 2, Bassett 2)
Firstly do not let the score line fool you into thinking that this was a walk in the park for The Bulls, far from it. Just like last week at 61FC United had to work extremely hard to get the three points that moved them up to third in the early table.
Tring had a number of chances in the first half that if they had taken this could well have been a different result, and it says volumes that the Bulls man of the match was keeper Evan Jeckells.
Both sides were very much in the game for the first sixty five minutes and it could have gone either way but the Tring’s poor finishing and great keeping allowed United to get that foothold in the game and get the win in the end.
The Bulls makeshift defence were superb to be fair .. midfielders Sammy Routs and Kyle Morris filled in at full backs and did a great job in a position alien to them. And Scotney and Jennings were quality in the middle of the defence.
Both sides started the game at a tempo and Tring were the first side to have a chance when Hatt broke clear only for Jeckells to save.
Tring had a second chance when Mititelu broke clear and maybe he should have squared the ball to Bennett but he shot and Jeckells saved well.
United then had their first real chance when Bassett got down the left and squared a great ball into the middle and Baxter’s shot was well blocked. Tring’s impressive Hutchinson then tried a spectacular 35 yard effort but once again Jeckells was equal to push over the bar.
New signing Brad Brown came into the midfield and was impressive from the start and his 25 yard effort was well saved by Sykes in the Tring goal.
Tring then hit the bar with a great effort and United came in at half time at 0-0.
The second half started in the same vain with both sides battling to get that upper hand and once again Tring had two good chances first from Bennett whose shot was tipped over by Jeckells and then another rasping shot that smacked into the bar and the follow up headed over.
On 65 minutes the game changed when after great play a ball from Brown sent Bassett clear and he raced clear to beat Sykes in the Tring goal. United were progressively starting to get the upper hand, and from a Tring corner the ball came out to Bassett who found Baxter racing clear and he buried the chance to give the Bulls a 2-0 lead. Again Tring came forward and another effort hit the United crossbar, and another Bennett effort was tipped over spectacularly by Jeckells.
With Tring chasing the game United again broke clear as Jeckells clearance found Bassett who raced clear and scored his second and sixth for the season. The Bulls midfield of Fox, Brown and McLean had run themselves into the ground, and McLean was replaced on 87 minutes and it was debutant Alfie Medlow whose first touch pass found Ryan Baxter racing through, he rounded the keeper and slotted home his second and seventh of the season.
Full time and the group were more than happy to come to a very difficult place and pick up three points.
We now move on to Tuesday night when we entertain Buckingham United at Hall Road, 7:45pm kick off
