Ada is still not 100 per cent fit, however he is not far away, but will not be involved in pre season as he has to return to USA in August until December fir his studies, however hopefully becomes an option when he returns.

I was talking to a fellow spectator at the Fulham Under 23s match who had been to the away friendly at Badshot Lea. He told me that he had difficulty in finding the ground because he thought it was near Bagshot not near Farnham.

The match programme is interesting on that point. Badshot Lea have the nickname of "The Baggies" ... it looks better than "The Baddies"!!!

I can not find any details of how that nickname was derived.

Possibly just the name Badshot shortened and 'Baggies' is better than 'Baddies'.
