It is with great sadness to inform you that my dad peacefully passed away at home on 30th May surrounded by his family and wearing his Slough Town scarf.

Dad had supported the rebels for close on 85 years, watching over 4500 games and still travelled home and away to support his beloved team at the age of 94 right up to lockdown last year. He still watched the games when they were streamed live and right up to his passing was still talking about when was football starting again so he could cheer the rebels on.

He was a lovely man and the best dad anyone could wish to have. We will miss him so much.

once a rebel always a rebel

God bless

I'm really sorry to hear of your sad loss John.

Your Dad always came across as a kind and friendly person to say hello to at home games or when travelling on the coach to away matches.

Your Dad was a true rebel and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

My sincerest condolences to you and your family.

RIP Bim.

John - Sorry to hear the news. Bim was always one of the stalwarts at Slough. He must have seen so many great games over the years. A true supporter who was always there through the good times and the bad times.

Condolences to yourself and all of the family.

RIP  Bim

John, so sorry to hear this news. Going to games home and away won't be quite the same without Bim being there.

Sincere condolences to you all and as you say "once a Rebel always a Rebel".
