I'm pretty sure Dartford are not full-time Bernie.

Possibly the hybrid i.e. full time training at least 3 times a week.

You could well be right, possibly more than double what Slough can offer.

Even so, he'll be going down the dreaded M25 2, 3 possibly 4 times a week.

You obviously didn’t hear about the club house Dan will be staying in whilst training full time.

Don't tell me he's living in a sorority house with loads of young nubile women ! ??

Don't you like Dartford then, SG?  ha ha !

I presume you mean you are disappointed to see Dan leave Slough. If last season with coronavirus, hadn't happened, I think I would feel the same as Dan was a big success in his maiden season with us but as Dan didn't exactly bang in the goals last time out, and that our team/squad struggled largely in the National South [for a variety of reasons], I feel that it won't harm our front line to have a shake up of sorts/freshen up.

Ever since the first time that I saw Dan Roberts play, he has made a big impression on me as indeed he has also done in interviews.

He had a trial at Scunthorpe United and if he made a move from Slough Town, I was hoping that it would be both upwards and successful.

I do not know the full details of Dan's contract and what level of commitment is required but perhaps the facilities offered at Dartford are very good.

They have six very attractive home friendlies during July against English Football League opposition.

I look forward to seeing what evolves for him from this move.

I have always hated motorways but Dan seems to have committed himself to using them rather a lot.

100% agree, whilst Dan showed bags of potential when he first broke into the team, for me he was never quite at the races after that!
