what a load of bollox.. use a unproven arguement to tax the [****!!****] out of people again.. natch the least well off bear the brunt.. if they really gave a toss about greenhouse gases then they should be building half a dozen nuclear plants.. i mean what else did we take over scotland for.. we took all the oil its only fair we give them something back and 6 'sizewell b's fit the bill..
