I've watched every game so far except the Dorking game.

So far I've been impressed with the players we've signed. They all look to be players with a lot of ability.

As I've said before we do seem to have midfielders who are similar in the fact that they are all players who are comfortable on the ball. As always it's about getting the right balance.

With our small squad and injuries we are light with our options in the defense and attack department but hopefully that will change when players come back from injury.

The side that has impressed me the most has been Maidstone who looked strong all over the pitch. They lost to Dartford the other day but going by the reports were a shade unlucky to lose.

Of the new players, RR, who do you consider is the best one and why? Not looking to drop you in it, just trust your opinion.

If I was a manager of a well funded club either in our division or the National Premier, I would look be looking at Josh Jackman as a potential player to make the step up. I was impressed by what he played like last season. How's he doing this season?

3Spirit what have I done to you for you to talk to me in a distain way.

You are making this hard. I explained what I thought and now you are making out that I'm picking on you, which isn't a fair reflection on what was said at all.

I don't hold you in distain at all. Never have.

Not shirking the issue but I think it's difficult to single out one from the other.

I like the work rate of Aaron Kuhl, he's mobile and covers a lot of ground.

Cameron McGilp has a lot of natural ability.

I don't think we've seen the best of Jack McKnight yet. I might be wrong and I'm sure one of our managers will put me right but I think his best position is as a central attacking midfielder and thus far he seems to have been given a wide playing role. He certainly has the ability but imo needs to get more involved and make more of an impression on a game.

Fairly even first half with Slough having the better of the early exchanges and really should have taken the lead when an excellent chance fell to Malachi Linton who really should have scored but didn't.

Billericay came more into the game but we still had chances and umpteen corners to none for Billericay but failed to make any of them count.

The game was very even until a simple ball straight through the center of our midfield put Billericay in an attacking position and being already on a yellow card a really silly foul from Ryan Bird resulted in him being sent off and we now had a huge task on our hands.

An early goal in the second half by Jake Robinson made our task even harder but credit to our players for taking the game to Billericay and another good chance fell to Malachi Linton but a decent save prevented him getting the equalizer.

A second well taken goal for Billericay from a free kick eventually sealed our fate.

Billericay were really nothing to write home about and with 11 players on the pitch I think the outcome could have been a lot different.

Seems a similar 2-0 defeat to England's last evening. An unlucky deflection for the first goal and a brilliant second goal from a free kick which should not have been awarded. A fine second half performance by England but they could not score. On another evening, Slough Town and England might have both won their matches 0-2.

Bakes and Unders have a good record of their teams improving as a season develops ... I am optimistic ahead of Dartford away.
