With no game on Saturday, they should come into this game rested and ready to go. NGU have had a tough time in the league but stunned then leaders  Eynesbury last weekend and rattled in six goals on their way to victory at Sandhurst in the FA Vase on Saturday so they arrive in great form. Tickets are available on the gate and are usually around £6

This behind closed doors rubbish makes me laugh considering both clubs (Hillingdon Borough and Park View) are lucky if they get two men and a dog at there home games ?

This one has been called off anyway due to a waterlogged pitch, I wonder if Hillingdon Borough will be able to admit fans on Saturday 5 December when they host Shefford Town & Campton:

This straightforward victory took Eynesbury top of the table, courtesy of a superior goal difference to Colney Heath, who won 2-1 at fellow high-flyers Biggleswade United. Fourth home defeat, in all competitions, for lower mid-table Arlesey, who faded badly in the second half.
James Hatch (9mins), Rob Ducket (58mins), Jordan Brown (61mins) and Cam Hyde (85mins) were on target for the visitors. Hyde's strike - an angled 25-yarder into a top corner - was the pick. Brown, whose speedy, strong running down the right wing was a feature throughout, took his goal very well. Latching on to a through ball, he outmuscled a defender before beating keeper Louie Miracco in a one-on-one. Rovers could have won by an even wider margin because Brown (23mins, back post header) and Hatch (67mins, cross-cum shot from the right flank) both struck the crossbar.
On a cold, still evening (perfect for football), little went right for a disjointed Arlesey side. Ryan Lamond (28mins, a low 20-yarder) and Herculano Carvalho (44mins, a shot from the edge of the penalty area) went closest for the hosts, who barely figured as an attacking force after the break.
According to an Arlesey tweet, the attendance (not revealed, strangely) was New Ram Meadow's biggest of the season.
Arlesey - surely the longest linear village I've ever visited - is a strange place. Some lovely old buildings, including thatched cottages, principally in the vicinity of its eleventh century parish church, St Peter's, rub shoulders with traditional brick terraces and simply ghastly modern, executive-style (so-called) homes. Negotiating the village's narrow main street is a bit of a challenge owing to the amount of parked cars.
Naturally, the football ground, opposite an industrial estate and a cement plant, is at the rough end of the village. New Lamb Meadow, formerly a farmer's field, opened in 2004. Its predecessor was further along Hitchin Road, nearer the village centre. The site is now a housing estate.
Arlesey's home is a fairly typical new ground. It reminded me of Witton Albion's Wincham Park. I should think for South Midlands League level (and Arlesey have played previously in the Isthmian and Southern leagues), the facilities are very good: two large stands, both with seats; an uncovered area of terracing behind the Hitchin end goal; a sizeable clubhouse; and plentiful free parking. Alongside the turnstiles, there is even a floodlit pétanque court. It was well patronised this evening. Had a chat with one of the participants. Seems pétanque is popular in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire!
I learned Arlesey have sold to a housing developer an unsurfaced chunk of their car park. Planning permission has been secured for eight bungalows. According to club chairman, John Morrell, it's a useful and timely windfall for Arlesey, who have a Portuguese manager and a multi-national squad.
Good to meet Arlesey's enthusiastic, award-winning programme editor Duncan Field. Helped partly by offering an eye-catching, limited edition retro cover, as part of the village's Remembrance Day commemorations, sales this evening were almost double the usual. All 50, printed in-house, on the night, to meet demand, were snapped up. A quid from each programme sold will be donated to the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal. Duncan lives in Arlesey but is a Barnet postie. He told me he works on his programmes in the afternoon, once deliveries are done.
Spent the thick end of six hours on the A1. No problems on the outward run but, heading home, there was a lane closure at Buckden and, at the Doncaster junction, a 10-minute unscenic diversion via the A638 towards South Elmsall and Upton.

This win was based on a dominate first thirty minutes from Colney Heath in which time they scored two excellent goals, had a third ruled out for offside and a penalty saved. But ten minutes from halftime they let Biggleswade United back into the game by conceding a penalty and Boodhoo talking his way to the sinbin for prolonged protests. The home team pressed hard against the ten men but couldn't take advantage.
Colney Heath's win was ultimately won by an impressive defensive display in the second half which nullified the home team's attempts on goal. At the other end Colney Heath had further chances but were denied by the home keeper.
This result knocks Biggleswade United off top spot to be replaced by Eynesbury Rovers on goal difference from Colney Heath, who have a game in hand.
The first and last time I visited here was 2007. I remember liking the ground and the brick construction of seating and terracing. This time I was less enamored with the place as I was confronted by a steel-grey fence surrounding the whole ground and a second stand/covered terrace blending into the greyness. Functional but unwelcoming I'm afraid to say. There were a good number of Colney Heath supporters here tonight but my rough headcount didn't get to two hundred so I'm not convinced about the official attendance of 259. All covid compliant tonight, including having to leave the ground to get to the bar and toilets. The tea bar was inside the ground and was open.
