Rebels still 11th, just ahead of Bracknell, so their defeat by near-bottom Met Police was useful for us.

 

Walton and Tooting result is also in our favour.

 

Windsor now 9 points clear at top of table, but Lewes (2nd) have FOUR games in hand. However, Lewes' recent form hasn't been that good, so they're unlikely to make up the ground that quickly.

 

Still 10pts between us and 3rd place Hampton, although we have 6th-best goal difference, and second-best goal-scoring record (after Lewes), so we really ought to be further up the table.

Let's hope the Maidenhead performance can be translated to our league campaign, as the next few matches are critical.

Not only must the on the field performance continue but the off the field support and general ridiculing of Martin (BTW, who is the next genius to roll off the Martin's continual criticism production line?) is a must even if it is a pain in the backside trying to get an atmosphere at SM.
