Dartford v Rebels

Good win, but if clubs want income they need to make sure they have a sale-able quality of broadcast.

If FC Video did today's broadcast they have some improvements to make.

I have still got to make my mind up about my level of commitment this year and the next few games will be key to seeing if it is football I can relate too or if I give it a miss and return when there can be the true social side of fans mixing and singing.

Strange times and things will change.

Was dreading going to penalties then we get one in the last minute! Well taken by Jack and let’s hope for a much kinder draw in the 3rd Q. Hopefully our injuries aren’t too serious as our squad is already paper thin. Also really hoping our home live streams won’t be as bad as today’s was otherwise fans will just get peed off and not bother with it.

Yes That's the way to win a game on penalties  Just one  and ours!  Nice chunk of prize money and the chance to set of on another cup run !

Imagine if this was the season where we finally get to the third round, only to draw a prem side away and cannot go....?

I'm sure Ade said it was not FC Video who were doing the streaming.

The thing is the club needs the money so regardless I will buy a streaming season ticket when they become available.

After streaming a few games I think and hope that FC Video will have got it right.

I don't undestand this "against the odds" theory. Dartford may be one of the bigger teams this season and have high expectations, but we proved last year that on our day we are more than capable of going toe-to-toe with the big boys. There was no reason we couldn't win today, and so it proved.

I actually thought we were the better team (until the last 20 minutes).

Hello Nathan you mean over the last six seasons we have shown we can beat any team even when we have been done to ten on the field and behind.

As we know the game is not played on a sheet of paper that says we have more and so called better players than you we have seen it happen so many times. Its team spirit togetherness and working hard as a team that gets results.

When we went 2 nil down in the league match last season the Dartford supporters were so happy I turned round and said you have not seen Slough when 2 down the looks on there faces when we came back to win 3-2.

Nathan I think you've answered your own question.

Of course we do have a history of upsetting the odds and in a two horse race anything can happen.

For all the reasons you've given Dartford were firm favorites to win the game so a Slough win was 'against the odds'.
