Who designed that mess?

That's a bit harsh - I've seen us in worse. I'm a bit old fashioned though so would always prefer fully AMBER shirts and navy shorts, but I know that the design job to keep it fresh and meet the requirements of sponsors and generate income for the club is really hard so I appreciate their efforts.

I don't think it's bad at all.

The kit I've always liked best was the first I saw a Slough Town team play in. Royal blue shirts with amber collar and sleeves. Downhill all the way since then.

Sorry I just think it’s awful and not in keeping with the main amber colour, we shouldn’t be changing our kit to suit a sponsor.

I don't think that many clubs would agree the terms of their all so important sponsorship deal if the new kit did not promote the sponsor as well as the football club.

"Earlier this year we announced that Slough Trading Estate will be the official sponsor for the new shirts in their centenary year, and their logo is proudly displayed on the front of the shirt.
We are also pleased that Slough Town Supporters Trust have sponsored the new shirt, and the Trust’s logo is printed on the back."

If "we didn't change the kit to suit the sponsor" Cookham Rebel, it would still be displaying Morgan Sindall!

The proof of whether it’s a popular design will be the number of shirts sold to fans compared to previous seasons.

Maybe maybe not  A lot of people in these exceptional times have a lot less spare cash  or are worried about what the future holds

My view is that if you have the money to buy one, you should. The club needs all the money it can get so not buying a shirt because it's non-traditional only hurts the club.

I'm certainly not a HUGE fan, but my decision to buy a shirt won't be based on design.
