NHS Logo on Football Shirts

Recommended Posts

You really couldn't make it up if you tried could you, Club's are being told not to display the NHS logo, branding or any initials on their shirts for the forthcoming campaign, the Department of Health & Social Care have advised that the letters ‘NHS’ and the NHS logo are both trademarks. A concession has supposedly been made for Club's who have purchased shirts before 31 August with the logo emblazoned on them however I am not sure who it is who would reimburse Club's for their outlay or to get the logo taken off:

Image may contain: text that says "NHS THANK YOU"

I wonder whether it is the same ruling for Premier Division Club's or if a blind eye will be turned:

Arsenal and Chelsea have been handed a headache over patches on their FA Cup final kitIt has meant the clubs have had to shift the NHS and Black Lives Matter logos around
