Rhodes
Photographs from FC Romania v Broadfields United on Saturday 15 December 2012 in a 2012/13 Middlesex Senior County League Premier Division fixture played at Theobalds Lane where FC Romania groundshared with Cheshunt, Broadfields United won 2-1 however it was FC Romania who were promoted to the Essex Senior League that season finishing runners up to British Airways. I see there was handbags at dawn in some of the photographs and it appears that PetetheGreek's friends Mr Nicolaides and Mr Kyriacou had trouble controlling the players that afternoon:
Rhodes
We seem to have forgotten about Broadfields United this season but I never find them a particularly inspiring Club to talk about for some reason, no offence intended, they were only established in 1993 and have had somewhat of a 'checkered' history withdrawing from the Middlesex League Premier Division in 2009/10 with an expunged record only to be allowed to return the following season. They joined the SSML Division One in 2015/16 and finished 11th that season, 11th again in 2016/17 and 4th in 2017/18 before being promoted to the Premier Division as runners up to 'the invincibles', and their then landlords, Harefield United in 2018/19. This season has been somewhat hit and miss so far following a 17th place 'finish' in the top flight last season, the Club's first season, albeit 'season that wasn't' at Step 5 level, they are currently in 16th spot with just two League wins at Wembley on the opening day of the campaign and at their new Rayners Lane base against, coincidentally, their old landlords Harefield United earlier this month. There was also an encouraging 3-0 FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round success at home to Loxwood however a 4-0 defeat at Sutton Common Rovers followed shortly afterwards, likewise in the FA Vase with a First Qualifying Round home win on penalties over Aylesbury Vale Dynamos followed by a 2-1 defeat to Milton Keynes Irish at Tithe Farm. The Club do still have the Middlesex FA Senior Challenge Cup to look forward to where they impressively reached the Semi Final last season and have a First Round bye (see below). Anyway good luck to the so called 'Fighting Cocks' for the remainder of the campaign:

No, not to my knowledge, the Club were only founded in 1993 and have always begged, stolen or borrowed ever since and gone cap in hand to other Club's such as Harefield United and Rayners Lane. They first joined the Southern Olympian League before joining the Middlesex County League in 1995/96 and finally the SSML in 2015/16 however that only tells half, or a quarter, of the story as the Club left the Middlesex County League twice, in 2003/04 and 2009/10, before being welcomed back with open arms each time, shortly afterwards. They only entered the FA Cup for the first time in 2018/19 however have participated in the FA Vase since 2013/14 (see below), never progressing beyond the Second Round proper where they reached just the once, in 2016/17, losing 2-1 at Newport Pagnell Town who did well to reach the Quarter Final that season, losing at eventual winners South Shields: Broadfield United FA Vase Record 2013-14 2Q COLNEY HEATH A 0-1 2014-15 1Q HAREFIELD UNITED H 0-6 2015-16 1Q HARPENDEN TOWN H 2-4 2016-17 1Q RISBOROUGH RANGERS A 3-0 2Q BICESTER TOWN A 3-2 1 LONDON BARI H 2-1 2 NEWPORT PAGNELL TOWN A 1-2 2017-18 1Q PITSHANGER DYNAMO H 3-1 2Q HOLYPORT H 7-0 1 WEMBLEY A 0-3 2018-19 1Q DAVENTRY TOWN H 5-0 2Q EDGWARE TOWN H 2-0 1 BANSTEAD ATHLETIC H 1-7 2019-20 1Q CHINNOR A W/O 2Q HANWORTH VILLA H 5-1 1 WALTHAMSTOW H 1-3 2020-21 1Q AYLESBURY VALE DYNAMOS H 0-0 (won 5-4 on pens) 2Q MILTON KEYNES IRISH H 1-
